 We will send the goods to the place according to the amount of trees purchased by the customer.
 Where, the shipping cost for the order will be calculated based on 3 factors:
 Total order weight: calculated based on the total weight of the products packed in the order.
 The distance between the address of the customer receiving the goods and the store delivering the goods to the customer.
 Total order value.
Depending on the individual support policy at each time, the product and the location of the customer, the order will be shown with different delivery methods and final fees.
 2. Goods delivery process
 When receiving goods, customers should pay attention to the following:
 - Pay the sender when receiving the goods.
 - Check the packaging and product for damage during transport.

PAYMENT POLICY

Only direct payments are accepted.
 Cash on delivery (COD): Customers receive the goods and pay directly to the delivery personnel.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Conditions for accepting warranty:
 Products provided by celestegoldenfox.store Damaged product during transport.
 - There is no warranty for company promotional gifts.
 – Tree dies due to unilateral fault of the customer (tree dies due to improper care by the customer).
 - The shipping cost to return the item is 10 RM, and the customer has to pay this shipping fee.
